Stephanie Beatriz Bischoff Alvizuri (née le 10 février 1981) est une actrice et chanteuse américaine. Elle est connue pour avoir incarné l'inspectrice Rosa Diaz dans la série comique Brooklyn Nine-Nine diffusée sur Fox et NBC, Jessica dans le drame indépendant Short Term 12 (2013), Carla dans l'adaptation cinématographique de 2021 de la comédie musicale In the Heights, et pour avoir prêté sa voix à l'héroïne Mirabel Madrigal dans le film Disney Encanto.
